Tracey’s early childhood was marked by the unconditional love of her grandmothers and her mother’s resilience as she navigated life with an abusive husband, Tracey’s father. Her family began in a cramped flat near the Imperial War Museum in central London before moving to Bromley when she was four. It was there that her father’s drinking, gambling, and violence escalated. These early challenges profoundly shaped Tracey’s understanding of resilience and the power of feminine inner wisdom.

From these humble beginnings, shaped by both love and adversity, Tracey cultivated a deep sense of empathy, creativity, and self-awareness. Her journey has been one of transformation: from a senior leader in the corporate world, to a student of photography earning both a degree and a master’s in the arts, and later founding her own consultancy as a leadership development expert and coach. Now working predominantly in the third sector, she integrates her professional expertise with her lifelong passion for art and learning.
