Paris Bordon: Not Without Honour

This book is a much-needed study of Paris Bordon in English. Despite his trailblazing Fisherman Presenting the Ring to the Doge in 1534, Venetian commissions were scarce. He worked for patrons in the terraferma, Milan, France and Germany, producing religious and mythological works, portraits and innovative architectural perspectives.
